The hotel's location was very central, close to the Skytrain station. Moreover, it was really close to mall and other dining options, many nice thai local restuarant and public transport. I thoroughly enjoyed nicely furnished room here with snacks, a nice view and good WiFi.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very tired.

Booked a room with a balcony. A shower and a tub were available there. It was in a very central location, in the centre.

There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe in the room, liked that. All the employees were proactive and hospitable.

The hotel was beautifully restored and beautifully decorated and in a very central location. Close vicinity, just 5 minutes on foot to Victory Monument subway station, was a big plus.

Front officers were helpful and friendly. I felt like a home when I was welcome by their warmness services. Rooms were clean and tidy, efficient service for housekeeping department. They have a Tuk Tuk service to BTS station. It's convenient for tourist like us. I have memorable stay with Pullman.

Modern hotel with great facilities. Marvellous, unbeatable location so close to markets and shops as well as the sky train, popular tourist spots and nearby victory monument. Also, in a strategic area. The staff were super friendly and fantastically friendly and the design was impressive.

This was my first trip to Thailand and I must say, it was an amazing experience. The hotel was conveniently located close to my office, transportation, and a wide selection of restaurants and bars. The staff at the hotel exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service. One thing that made me feel at home was the attention to small details. For example, they had a cute Nemo toy in the bathroom and even provided a yoga mat in the room so I could continue my yoga practice. These thoughtful touches made my stay even more enjoyable.

Although my overall experience was great, there were a few minor things that could be improved upon. The staff at the club lounge seemed a bit untrained compared to other 5-star hotels.

everything in hotel is perfect. location is not for walk to shopping, you need taxi. 5 star rating correct. no public taxi waiting by hotel, last about 5 - 10 minutes sometimes. perfect tailor grand fashion on 5 minutes walk from hotel.

Well located about a block outside of the noise and hustle bustle of Siam. Quick access to the bts (Metro) means you can get anywhere in the city with relative ease. Great staff made the stay a pleasure. Front desk staff were exceptional as were the friendly and attentive restraunt team. I would definitely use this hotel again and recommend to family and friends.
